Beef burgers


Ingredients
200g beef mince
Half an onion, chopped
30g fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
Dried oregano
Bread bun
Lettuce

1. Fry the onion until soft

2. Mix together the mince, onion, breadcrumbs, egg and herbs

3. Shape into 2 burgers and fry for about 10 minutes each side until cooked all the way through

4. Serve in bread buns with lettuce

Serves 1
