Carbonara


Ingredients
70g spaghetti
3 slices of bacon, chopped
1 egg
150ml single cream

1. Boil the spaghetti until soft and the drain the water off

2. Fry the bacon and add to the spaghetti

3. Beat the egg and cream together and pour over the spaghetti and bacon

4. Stir continuously over a low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Serves 1
